Welcome to the 1st video of the “Steel Club Workout” series, where we’re throwing weights about like we’re training for medieval battle but in a more civilized way (sort of).
Today, I’ve got a great little session called the Single Starter.
If your’e looking for best steel club beginner workouts routine, you’ve come to the right place!
It’s simple, but don’t let that fool ya – it’s a proper burner🔥
Ok…
We’ve got 6 exercises, 10 reps per side, 3 rounds.
You’re gonna start off with the single side rocket, not to be confused with those fireworks you nicked from your mate’s wedding.
This one’s all about swinging steel clubs from side to side like you’re sweeping away last night’s bad decisions.
Then it’s on to the single swing.
This is where you’re casting that club forward like Thor throwing his hammer, except you ain’t got superpowers, just bad knees.
But no worries, mate!
Keep those hips from hinging too soon, unless you fancy face planting in front of the telly.
Next up, we’ve got the squat, which is basically squatting so low your quads are screaming louder than the missus when you forget to take the bins out.
Feet in, knees steady remember, this ain’t ballet, but ya still need a bit of grace, alright?
Then we’ve got swipes, arm casts, and a cheeky little torch press to round it all out.
You’ll be flinging that club like you’re trying to impress your mates down the pub (but maybe don’t actually do this in the pub – they don’t take kindly to that sort of thing).
If you can smash out all 3 rounds, you’ll be feeling like a proper warrior. If not, no sweat – two rounds is still a decent go. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither were your biceps.
So get cracking, get swinging, and I’ll see ya in the next one, assuming your arms haven’t fallen off by then.
Catch ya later!
